The ‘regional wars’ were on today and we went to check out what the midwest had to offer at East Course at YZ. I was hoping it would be held at the more published West Course so we went over the hill to check the track out. There was an open day on and a few cars where there to give us an idea of the entry speeds. Japanese tracks have an amazing atmosphere, one I have never experienced in New Zealand. Everywhere you turn are signs of drifting history and I had to stop and gawk at the team sticker covered building. There are more too, but this wall was the most in your face.
